"I brought a large keyboard case in to have a new zipper put on. I paid a nominal extra fee to expedite delivery as I needed the case for a very important gig I had the coming Saturday. When I came in to get the case I found that they had taken an extra step to reattach one of the wheels on the case that had come loose for no extra charge. I would highly recommend this business to anyone needing their services. The keyboard case works better than it did with the original zipper on and it rolls far better. Thanks for the excellent job."
