"I called them before I left Chicago because my backpack strap needed repaired. They told me they could get me fixed quickly. I popped in about an hour earlier than I expected and 10 minutes later I was on my way. Wish I got this kind if service in Dallas."

"I had 2 heals and 1 sole on 2 pair of suede boots repaired and picked up the date as promised. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable in suggesting treatment after repair to update the appearance of the suede on both boots. Spent $72 plus $16 for a suede brush and finishing spray. Not cheap by any means but I’m totally satisfied."
