"Several years ago the TSA did a number on my expensive Samsonite luggage. I took it into Brentwood Shoe & Luggage and they said they would be able to fix it for $10. The luggage was ready to be picked up in 5 days just like they had quoted and they did excellent work! I couldn't ask for anything better!"
