"John saved me $40 and a 2nd trip! My backpack had two zipper pockets that had failed and no longer closed. Replacing them would be $20 each. Wait, though, John had an idea. He grabbed a special plier and, in less than 60 seconds, fixed both of my busted zippers! John didn’t even want me to pay him. Nonsense! In addition to giving Brentwood Shoe & Luggage repair this 5 star rating, I also gave him $10 in gratitude. Bring all your broken zippers and friends broken zippers to John."
