"I took a piece of luggage in that I've had for about 25 years. He looked at it and told me he wouldn't fix it because where the zipper broke the fix may not hold, and it would cost me about $50-60. I love that he was honest with me. He even told me brands that are worthwhile and the ones to stay away from because they were always coming into his shop. I would 100% do business there again."

"I took my old Wolverine 1000 Miles here because the soles on the boots were wearing down significantly. I asked for some recommendations on new soles with a bit more grip and texture, as well as getting the shoes cleaned up/conditioned.
He did an amazing job. The soles look amazing, and the boots feel fresh. It took a bit of time to get the job done because he is busy with a lot of orders, but it's worth the wait if you want a professionally done job.
Couldn't recommend more."
