Simply THE BEST!
"Twice I've had my favorite bag (a bag that I got my first year teaching) repaired here. Is the bag old and perhaps not worth it? Sure. But the great thing about this place is that they don't care about that: if the piece of luggage, or the shoe, is important to YOU, it's important to them and they will repair it. They are the absolute best at what they do! They can repair ANYTHING! Please do yourself a favor and bring all your luggage, bags and shoes to them. "
