"I took a name brand handbag with a broken hook on the strap in to be repaired. It was a very small piece that was broken, but I was expecting to have to wait for an entirely new hook to be ordered and attached and a couple weeks-long process; how wrong I was - they examined the broken hook, took it to the back and adjusted it, and brought it back to me good as new. The whole process took less than 5 minutes and they didn’t even charge me. I would highly recommend them and will for sure return in the future if need be."

"I took a piece of luggage in that I've had for about 25 years. He looked at it and told me he wouldn't fix it because where the zipper broke the fix may not hold, and it would cost me about $50-60. I love that he was honest with me. He even told me brands that are worthwhile and the ones to stay away from because they were always coming into his shop. I would 100% do business there again."
